Ferrite Magnet Powder Manufacturing Plant Project Report: Industry Trends, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Cost and Revenue Ferrite magnets currently represent the most widely used permanent magnets across the globe. The major raw materials used to manufacture ferrite magnets are relatively inexpensive compared to most other types of permanent magnets. This enables them to be perfectly suited for high volume production runs. These magnets are also termed as ceramic magnets due to their excellent electrical insulation ability. Ferrite magnets are superb in damp, wet or marine environments and exhibit high resistance to demagnetisation and corrosion. Ferrite permanent magnets exist in two forms - Strontium Ferrite magnets and Barium Ferrite Magnets. The Strontium Ferrite magnets are the most commonly manufactured due to having stronger magnetic properties. Ferrite magnets can be found in almost all industries - Automotive, Sensor, Machines, Aerospace, Military, Advertising, Electrical/Electronic, Academic, Design House, etc. They are, however, extremely popular in motors, generators, loudspeakers and marine designs.
March 23, 2016, 19:22, Inquiry:
Permanent magnets are the basis of an ever increasing number of devices of modern life. They are found in or used in making almost every modern convenience today, from air-conditioners and washing machines to speakers in mobile phones and electric motors in hybrid cars. There are currently four main types of permanent magnets - NdFeB, SmCo, AlNiCo, and Ferrite. NdFeB and SmCo are rare earth magnets that find applications in motors, telephones, automobiles, credit cards, monitors, audio systems, imaging systems, etc. Ferrite and AlNiCo magnets are brittle, non-corrosive and cheaper than rare earth magnets. These are mostly used in household products, speakers, MRI machines, DC motors, magnetic holders and lifters, magnetic assemblies and tools, etc. As ferrite magnets require cheaper raw materials and have low manufacturing costs, they are currently dominating the global permanent magnets industry.

The earth is surrounded by a magnetic field. This magnetic field affects everything and everybody in different degrees. There are lots of books about Magnetic Therapy, which allows you to discover the benefits of this ancient therapy. However, in any case it doesn`t replace qualified medical treatment.
May 9, 2013, 14:03
Magnetic therapy is very good for back aches, acne, cramps and aches in the joints due to arthritis. It also improves blood circulation and provides energy by eliminating disorders in various systems of the body. Magnetism is a completely natural event, not medicine or magic, it only allows body cells to exist at their best. According to what scientists have established beyond a shadow of a doubt that all living cells are electrical in nature. The functioning of the cells and nervous system of every living being is based on direct current (DC) and pulsed energy. Without this energy there is no life. Each individual cell possesses a positive electrical charge on its outer membrane.

Rare earth magnets has seen an enormous expansion into a variety of different areas of industry, notably the magnets of several classes of novel materials that share with truly ferrite magnetic materials only the presence of magnetic moments.
April 20, 2013, 17:49
Rare earth magnet is more strong than Ferrite magnet in magnetic force. Rare earth magnet is the most strong magnet today, although it is only 30 years history in the magnetic material industry. The magnetic force for Rare earth magnet is almost 10 times stronger than Ferrite magnet. For example, a cube shape Rare earth magnet with each side 1 inch, can lift 10kg weight steel, but a same shape and size of Ferrite magnet only can lift 1kg weight steel, which means the magnetic energy is 10 times of Ferrite magnet. In another word, one piece of Rare earth magnet can equal to 10 pieces of Ferrite magnet.

Magnet is an important electric material for many industries which has changed the modern world in the past decades. Ferrite magnet and Rare earth magnet are mainly two series of magnetic material to be used widely in motor, electric parts and commodity. Despite the difference of manufacture technique and component, both of Ferrite magnet and Rare earth magnet are the permanent magnet which can provide a constant magnetic field, but they differ from magnetic force performance, temperature resistance and price which product designer should consider to choose it carefully.
March 9, 2013, 19:09
The magnet is not only an important electric material, but also it is around your life. You can find magnets in your phone, your laptop, your earphone, and certainly your Iphone. Our earth is a magnet too, and there are hundreds even thousands magnetic parts in the aircrafts flying over the sky. A magnetic field can affect the body positively and be healthy for human, however, according to a survey there are only 56% people well-know the magnetic healthy product, and mostly are woman, not men.

Hi Pouya, For 7500 Gauss magnet, it should be NdFeB magnets. However, detaching tags may be utilized by the Ferrite magnets too, it depends on your tags weight and shape, the important thing is to make a good design for magnetic field in order to maximize the magnetic force. Strong-mag.com team.
